Our original intention was to hold 7 Crusades in seven regions of Kenya in January and February but due to Financial constraints we have decided to do the first three and then go back and plan for the rest .

As we have always worked together in these crusades I have felt like I should not carry the weight alone but seek for your assistance as usual in these three crusades in Kenya.

I have begun with a huge debt but it is worth it compared to the response of the people in all these regions we are estimating to reach close to ten million people in these three regions during this month of January and all the churches have cooperated and contributed so well with us but still the cost is very big. So stand with us in your prayers and if you are in position to assist financially please do help.

Recently, crusade attendance has multiplied and our current sound system is no longer adequate to reach the whole crowd. Also the truck that has traversed Africa’s hills, valleys, mountains, and slippery roads is now beyond repair and this has become a hindrance in meeting our schedule for the rest of the year.

We need $272,000 to be able to acquire the sound system and the truck. Through miraculous circumstances, God has made an exceptional sound system available to us. The system is worth more than $450,000 and has been offered to us for $130,000 and a new truck costs $142,000. We need to have cleared both by the end of June.

We believe that these two harvest tools will be vital as we reach our vision of one billion souls.

Every day that we have no truck or sound system, people die without Christ. Please help us get to them with the Gospel. The crusades are planned, the team is trained and ready, the doors are open, but we cannot get to them without the truck and the sound system.

Beloved I am sharing with you a simple illustration that will encourage you as you carry your cross and follow Jesus on a daily basis.

Luke 9:23-26

“And he said to them all, if any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it, but whosoever will lose his life for my sake the same shall save it.

For what is a man advantaged; if he gains the whole world and loses himself or be cast away?

For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words of him shall the son of man be ashamed when he shall come in his own glory and in his fathers of the holy angels.

This period of Easter reminds us of the cross of Jesus, His death and His resurrection. He dearly paid the price which you can never understand in this life time. There is a good parable about carrying the cross I want you to reflect on during this Easter period.

Three men were given a cross each by their master, to carry them to a certain Destination and they had to carry the cross for a long Journey, their master knew that by the time they get to the end of the journey they would be extremely tired because the crosses were too heavy and long.

But as they set off for the journey their crosses became so heavy for them yet they were not allowed to seek any assistance in carrying their crosses. As they were laboring and sweating on their way, different people advised them to trim their crosses and make them lighter and smaller for them to carry, convincing them that what matters is not the size of the cross but the image.

They tried to labour but eventually two of these men gave hid to the advice and trimmed their crosses to become shorter and lighter for them. So the crosses were no longer heavy for them to carry, but the third one refused to temper with his cross by making any alteration on it. These two gentle men traveled a 30 days journey within in one week as they went they could not stop, mocking criticizing and scorning their third friend who did not take the advice and had to pay a huge price. When the two gentle men who had trimmed their crosses arrived to the spot next to their destination, they got their so comfortable with no sweat, no bruises without any sign of traveling with some thing so heavy for them.

There was a very big and deep river where their master was supposed to find them and help them to cross to their final destination. But when they reached there their master was not there because it was not the time they were supposed to be there, so they had to wait for him while complaining and murmuring as to ask why their master was not there when they reached.

Finally the third person arrived extremely tired with scars and bruises and when these two guys saw him, they laughed at him, ridiculed him calling him old fashioned. While he was taking all the insults from the two friends, their master also arrived with refreshments among other things because he knew the repercussions of the journey. And all the three were very glad to see him and they all told him their stories of the journey to that destination, then he told them that those crosses he gave them were going to act as bridges for them to cross the river to their final Destination  and every cross had to only carry one person, so he told the first one to lay his cross on the river and the cross had been trimmed so it just sunk, told the second one to do the same and the same thing happened to him then the third one put up his cross and it fitted so well and he walked on it to the final Destination, so the two friends could not cross to the final destination and their master had nothing to do for them and that was their end.

But the master did not need the cross to cross over neither could he do anything for them from that point however much they cried to him.

With this story I need to encourage you to carry your cross as the lord gave it to you without trimming or modernizing it and to follow Jesus as the Bible tells you, not as any Pastor, Bishop, Priest, Apostle, Rev or any preacher but as the bible tell you.

Today many have tried to modernize Christianity lightened the cross and telling others that Christianity costs you nothing, please do not listen to such, the lord knows the time, the journey will take you.

Let us not be ashamed of our old raged cross and of our Lord Jesus Christ. Christianity is worth suffering for; you exchange your cross someday for the crown. Keep the faith

After a great victory in Kakamega crusade, Eldoret crusade has also ended on a very high note. We are so grateful to God for the way he has revealed himself to us.

These two crusades have greatly stretched our faith and nearly called them off but we believe it was because of the prayers of our faithful partners like you, that we were able to go through all resistances and hindrances. Even though we have a lot of debts to cover we have no regrets because of the thousands of lives that have responded to the saving grace of God in these two crusades.

The last day in Eldoret drew a large crowd of over 50,000 people and many hundreds responded to the alter call for the salvation prayer. We also witnessed a strong move of the Holy Spirit as the Pastors, Bishops and Church leaders in Eldoret congregated together for a very strong prayer of healing, repentance and reconciliation for the city was the most hit place during the presidential elections leading to death and destruction of property caused by tribal clashes.

A young lady who was a chief prostitute in the city surrendered her life to Jesus. She grabbed me crying furiously thanking me for the messages that convinced her to abandon her long time source of income

The pastors, Bishops and leaders of Eldoret were also a great encouragement and support among this continued to affirm in our hearts that all Africa shall be saved.

The responses we have seen in those first two crusades are not only confirmation of God’s saving over grace over Africa it is a confirmation that the harvest is ready but the laborers are few.

UPDATED JAN. 11th -

Greetings from the harvest fields, our first crusade of the year in Kakamega Kenya ended yesterday Sunday 10^th 2010 very successful. A week before our team left for the crusade, it looked like we were about to call it off, but we believe it was because of the prayers of our faithful partners like you that we were able to go through all the resistances and hindrances. We ripped a good harvest of souls, witnessed great Deliverance, miracles and healings and ended with great victory.

Among the amazing miracles which took place, was a gentleman who became lame because of a car accident and had been in hospital for one and a half years. He was brought to the crusade and during the prayer time he regained strength in his leg threw away the crouch and begun to run with great Joy.

Another lady who had heart complications for years was brought and miraclerasisly got healed, the next day she came back a different person with tears of Joy as all her energy and strength had returned.

We are so thankful to God for his wonderful works and for the great cooperation of the Bishops, pastors and all Christian leaders of Kakamega who received us and treated us very well.

Today we are heading to another region called Eldoret, still in Kenya and the crusade there begins on Wednesday 13^th to Sunday 18^th this week. Please continue to pray for a great harvest and to stand with us in any way you can.

UPDATED JAN. 9th – I am glad to inform you that the crusade in Kakamega is going on well. Though we went through a lot of challenges at the beginning and our faith was greatly tested but thank God we finally made it to Kenya.

Yesterday the crusade went on so well and the response of the people was very good.
There were a lot of healings and deliverances among which there was a 25 year old lady who had a heart complications (Heart Failure) and she instantly got healed causing great Jubilation and many were delivered from demonic powers and other diseases among others.

Today we begun the day with a meeting with all the Kakamega Pastors, Bishops and church leaders, which went so well, and we are looking forward for to night and tomorrow

Please pray that God will give us maximum results in Kakamega region as we close on Sunday and on Monday we head to Eldoret

AHM Convention

Dec. 10 – The leader’s convention is going on well with the attendance of about 1500 people per
day from Uganda and the rest of Africa. We have had different teaching on making a Difference from Great men of God like Ps. Ken Cramer, Ps Joel Hunter, and Sandy McElfresh, Pr Steven Sebyala, Pr Fred Mugambwa and other pastors from Uganda.

On Sunday it was very great we had five sessions with different teachers and in the evening there was matching where by the representatives had flags for different countries with the flag of Jesus Christ being higher than all the flags of the African countries. After there was praying for every country led by Ps. Ken Cramer

This week has been great, we have been receiving a lot of church leaders from Uganda, Kenya and others. Many are still coming and every thing is okay. Keep on praying for us!   – Julie

Dec. 9 - Over 1,000 pastors and leaders are attending the conference. Bishop Courtney McBath arrived today. Sessions go on from 8 a.m. ’til 8 p.m. daily.

The 2009 Africa Harvest Convention is December 4th – 13th. Pastors and leaders from across Africa and around the world are gathered to be encouraged and empowered for the great task of reaching all of Africa for Christ! The convention is going on now at Calvary Temple Worship Centre, Port Bell Road, Kampala, Uganda.

Among the millions of reasons in which to offer thanks unto God, there is none greater than the salvation of souls.

As we celebrated this Thanksgiving, we thank God for the thousands of souls that have been saved over the course of this past year. We are also so thankful to you for the sacrifice, commitment, and faithfulness that you have shown in supporting the Gospel for the Kingdom of God in Africa.

“. . .God is not unjust to forget your labor of love which you have shown towards His name. . .” Hebrews 6:10

We are so thankful to God for all the blessings in your life and are praying that the Lord may continue to richly bless you and pray that you continue to live a life of thanks each and every day; for indeed the Lord is good.
