DurbanDurban was founded in 1835 and named after the governor of the British Cape Colony, Sir Benjamin D’Urban. Durban is found in eastern South Africa, in the province of KwaZulu-Natal, on the coast of the Indian Ocean. Durban is one of South Africa’s leading seaports and is a major importer of raw materials and manufactured products. Umlazi, the biggest black township in the Durban area, has well over 355,000 inhabitants. Durban also has one of the largest Asian populations of any city in South Africa.

Africa Harvest mission will be here September 8th – 12th, 2010.
